It was wonderful! Prompt and very clean. They went above and beyond for us. They cut a branch down for us that was hanging over our car, even though it wasn’t in their realm of service.

It went very well. The garage looks like new, and it's over 100 years old.

Liberty did an excellent job with this project.  The estimate provided was what I paid.  The quality was very good and the area was clean when the work was finished.  

We hired Liberty to fix the gutters and repair the cedar siding on a building.  They completed the gutter repair first.  This was done quickly and efficiently.  The drainage afterwards was excellent.  It was a little pricey but overall we were very happy.  Then came the siding.  They sent one guy out to complete this portion of the job.  First, they ordered the wrong type of siding, so they had to use shims to make it work.  Then they told us the job was "complete."   When we went out to look at it, many rotten/cracked/warped boards, including the worst area which was what prompted us to repair the siding in the first place, were still there.  Dave went out to inspect it and told us that unfortunately, he grossly underestimated the job.  The original estimate was to repair 200 linear feet.  After going through 200 linear feet, he felt that an addition 240' were needed.  The original estimate also stated that they would caulk the boards in, which they didn't do.  When we pointed it out to Dave, he sent us an estimate for $2177 to caulk the boards.  For caulk!  There were some nails popping out.  They had originally told us they would replace these nails.  They didn't and then sent us an estimate for $1617 to replace the nails that were popping out.  $1617 for nails!  They cracked one of the new boards putting it up and just left it there.  Several boards do not even come under the boards above them.  And talking with Dave about it was insulting.  He seemed to insinuate that it was our fault that they grossly underestimated the project, didn't do what they said they were going to do, and then did it poorly.

The work was done in a timely manner. Mark, my sales person was excellent from initial consult, through the entire job to the end. The work crew were on time, courteous, and left each day with all building materials cleaned up. The end result was first class.

Liberty came out after we called, gave us an estimate. They said it would be about 2 wks. They were out about 3 wks later to hang the gutters. They did a nice job.

Clay the overseer of the project was professional from start to finish.  Workers were friend and explained things.  Time involved was less than anticipated.  Estimate may appear high but they stick to it and it is worth it.

We were very happy with them. We thought they were excellent. They gave us a good estimate. They answered our questions. They came out and did the job quickly and professionally. They didn’t leave a mess or anything. I would say we were pretty happy with them. Their price was comparable. We had got other quotes too and they were the second lowest quote that we got. The lowest quote was from an individual and he wasn’t bonded, so if something happened, we would be liable. We have not had any issues.

Both jobs went well.

Siding.  No issues, start to finish within 3 days.  No mess.  Very good at working with us on 'slight adjustments' as things came up.

Re-roof.  4 days start to finish - with rain delay prior to installation of shingles.  Responsive to a concern raised during rain delay - and came out on a weekend day to fashion temporary roof drainage to minimize possibility of water damage to partially done roof.

Everything was great.  They provided great customer service.  They were responsive to any questions we might have.  They cleaned up everything they did.  It was fairly quite, which was surprising.  They are a top notch organization.
