  Was about to use the same Company that a neighbor had just used but when I looked on Angies List JC Premier had a lot of positive reviews. Called Jason he returned my call within a couple of hours. Gave him my address and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. (His quote was actually less than the quote I received from another vendor the last time I had my driveway done.) Jason could also accommodate the time I wanted it done (weather permitting). He emailed me a contract, I signed and emailed back to him. The Seal Coating was to take place the following week while my Wife and I were out of town. When we came back the driveway was completely sealed and cracks filled. I have walked over every single step of the driveway and marvel at what a great job Jason and his Team did. I am extremely pleased with the job they did, the ability to fit my schedule and how well it looks and is holding up. I would definitely recommend JC Premier Sealshow more

  They had left a (free) estimate on our door. We called them and scheduled service. They arrived on time, edged then power washed the driveway, then sealed it. They were very careful not to splash, hand edged near walls, and went over areas that were particularly dry. They blew falling leaves from the driveway several times so the leaves would not effect the finish. They roped off the end the the drive when finished. We have not gotten the bill yet. I am trusting that it will be the same as the estimate. Also, with a product like this, you can not tell the quality immediately. Again, I am trusting that it will be fine. These people did a better job of evenly coating the driveway. The last time we had this done, there were streaks. Not this timeshow more

  Excellent experience. Crew showed up around 5pm and completed all work without any mess or problems by 8 pm. Full blacktop driveway with additional area for my husband and I to back up and be able to turn in driveway instead of backing straight out to the main street, completed in less than 3 hours. Courteous, professional and experienced. Completed a job that was "paid for by a previous owner" which ended up their check bounced, and this company never once called us to complain. They handled the situation on their own without any knowledge from us. As a matter of fact we would never had known the situation unless we had called them to check for additional work. Shannon is amazing and checked back with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Cannot say enough about them. If you need a great company for paving work look no further!show more

  We received a card in the mail in early May with a quote to seal our driveway. We researched them on Angies and sent the card back the following day to hire them. We circled the month of May for the time we would like the driveway completed. As of the middle of May they had not contacted us to schedule so we called to make sure they had received the card. They had and said they were behind due to the weather and expected to begin sealing driveways May 23rd and that we were at the top of the list. Its now June and we were never contacted. We called them June 6th and left a message to call us. No call back. We called again June 7th and did the same. Its now June 10th and no call back was ever received. I expected more from an A rated company and will not recommend them to anyone! Poor way to do businessshow more

  We signed the contract on 8/23 for work to be done. After 4 weeks we still hadn't gotten a solid date on when this would be done so I started calling numerous times. CGM never answers the phone and does not call back most of the time. Finally Luke said this would be done on 9/27. The worker did show up, worked a few hours, and did about half the job. The boss was never on site during the work. The work that was done was worse than if they never started. Instead of clearing weeds from the cracks, they just cut them almost flush to the asphalt with a string trimmer and put rubber over them. The weeds are clearly visible rising thru the rubber seal and simply look painted black. Furthermore, there are many deep cracks where they didnt' even fill them, just ran rubber over it and looks like rubber on both sides of crack, but a big crevasse in the middleshow more

  called and spoke to the owner. We set up an appointment for Wednesday night. He told me he would rather make an evening appointment because when it is daylight he would rather be working on a driveway and making money. I passed up the opportunity to work an extra shift to meet him. He never showed. I had a message on my phone a 7:26 p.m. When I called him back and expressed my displeasure, and quot;Billand quot; immediately got defensive and said he called me before 6:00 which really didn't matter since I couldn't go into work then anyway. When I tried explaining that, and quot;Billand quot; cut me off and said it was clear that he was not going to be able to make me happy and recommended I find another contractor. I thought he was incredibly rude and unprofessional considering he was the one who missed the appointment. Just as well, if he wouldn't show up when I was trying to give him money, I am sure he wouldn't have shown up should there had been a problemshow more
