"Triggs came out promptly in response to my call regarding a flexible hose leak from my kitchen faucet. Their policy is to not charge for a service call but to charge only for services rendered. The plumber agreed I should try to get the defective hose replacement from the manufacturer and did not pressure me at all to purchase a substitute. He did suggest calling him when the new hose arrived for installation. However, I found I was able to install it myself and did not need the services of a licensed plumber. I offered to pay Triggs for their service call but they declined. Good company.show more

"Amazing! Kory arrived in less than an hour. Had over an inch of standing water in the basement. (I had a submersible pump on the floor draining the water out a window and down the driveway via a hose. It was borrowed & I said that I'd have to go and get one.) He put the new pump in, and although it was running, it wasn't emptying, it was just cycling back into the sump pit. He tried using the camera from the curb but there was a junction he couldn't get past. There was a lot of road construction and my yard had been dug up right next to the discharge pipe, so he told me to call the city in case they damaged the pipe. He did not just leave then, he came up with a possible solution. There are 2 pipes in my sump pit connected with a 'cross' pipe. He was going to cut the 'cross' pipe and cap it. He went to Ace to get a cap and came back with the cap AND a submersible pump! He cut/capped, plugged in the pump and it worked. The problem was the emergency backup pump. It had broken off the pipe so the water was just cycling back into the pit. There was also a 1" lip around the sump pit and he suggested that he cut part of it out so the basement floor water could just drain into the pit and I could also squeegee water directly into the pit. He went the extra hundred miles to make things easier for me. He also has a great sense of humor which eased my considerable amount of stress. "Randy was great to deal with. When I took my scooter in we talked about a price to list it for as a consignment sale. It was late October and we both knew the chances of selling it at that time of the year were low. We picked a price and he listed it. In February he called and asked what I wanted to do since he wasn't having any luck selling it. We lowered the price and within several weeks he had an offer. I took my title in, signed the appropriate paperwork, and he said that as soon as he received the payment for the scooter he would contact me. At the end of February the deal was done and he presented me with a check. He charged 10% of the cost of the scooter which was very reasonable since I had to do absolutely no work, plus I didn't have to worry about where to store the scooter during the winter months since it was in his shop. <br /> Overall this was a very easy way to sell my scooter. Randy was upfront the entire time about the cost and timing of selling it. If you don't mind someone else doing all the dirty work for you, this is definitely the way to sell a cycle. <br />show more
