I am sorry that you feel this way! When you hired me for the job, you knew the condition of your uncle's trailer, it needed a thorough deep-cleaning, and that I may need to go back a second time to finish it if I wasn't able to complete it in one day! This could've all been handled a little better than this with better instruction or a priority list! How was I supposed to know that your uncle spends a majority of his time in a certain room without being told that? I was told to go in a do a deep-cleaning, which is exactly what I did! And, kitchens and bathrooms are usually a priority to most people, so that is where we started! With a proper tour of the house, I would have known that there was another bedroom and bathroom(which you were unaware of also)! I offered to go back and finish the other rooms on another day, when I was available to. So, again, I am sorry that you weren't satisfied. I try my hardest to do my best and make all of my customers happy! I take pride in my business and reputation and customer satisfaction means a lot to me, which is the reason for all of my outstanding reviews. I sincerely apologize things didn't turn out the way you expected them to, and I am more than willing to go back and get his house clean and looking beautiful for him because everyone deserves to live in a clean house!Health & Safety Measures
