1st the response of emailing a need to inspect. Our place was inspected, The 2 young ladies showed up with regular cleaning supplies & well the floors were cleaned nicely, yet, the rest of details weren’t cared to to cleaned. Example, stove top still had residual grease around electrical burners full stove unit. Vent above wasn’t touched, drawer on bottom of stove was not detailed clean, grease spots bit even as handle. Cabinet Much more to place, yet not worth it. Not trained cleaners.

It was very disappointing experience. It took 9 hours for her and one other young girl to clean a small kitchen, two tiny bedrooms and a small 1/2 bath. She never cleaned the room as you walk in where my uncle spends 99% of his time. Jill said no one told her where to start, isn't this common sense? Also she totally missed another small bedroom and bath as she stated sh didn't know it was there??? How is this possible? I understand the place was pretty dirty, but for 9 hours, $315, such a small place, and not cleaning the main family room was totally unacceptable. Also, when I talked to her to voice my displeasure, she also mentioned she never clean the fridge and stove as I gave her directions on what to clean. The small amount she did complete, the work was just fine. She then stated to me that she wanted to come back and finish the next wee, not even right away. I feel that spending $315 for an incomplete job on such a small space, was totally unacceptable. She was very rude when I talked to her and not willing to compromise at all. I just wanted a clean sanitary place for my uncle and he's still living in a mess where he spends the vast majority of his time. If she would have apologized and tried to work this out with me, I would have been OK with everything.

When you hired me for the job, you knew the condition of your uncle's trailer, it needed a thorough deep-cleaning, and that I may need to go back a second time to finish it if I wasn't able to complete it in one day! This could've all been handled a little better than this with better instruction or a priority list! How was I supposed to know that your uncle spends a majority of his time in a certain room without being told that? I was told to go in a do a deep-cleaning, which is exactly what I did! And, kitchens and bathrooms are usually a priority to most people, so that is where we started! With a proper tour of the house, I would have known that there was another bedroom and bathroom(which you were unaware of also)! I offered to go back and finish the other rooms on another day, when I was available to. So, again, I am sorry that you weren't satisfied. I try my hardest to do my best and make all of my customers happy! I take pride in my business and reputation and customer satisfaction means a lot to me, which is the reason for all of my outstanding reviews. I sincerely apologize things didn't turn out the way you expected them to, and I am more than willing to go back and get his house clean and looking beautiful for him because everyone deserves to live in a clean house!"

My house was pristine after Jill did a deep clean. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and she did a fantastic job. I can't wait to have her clean again.

Fantastic Jill did a fantastic job cleaning and was very punctual she also remembered what I told her just one time she is the only person I have ever had who walked through the house with me in the beginning and took notes she works very quickly and efficiently I am very pleased and she will continue cleaning from now on probably twice a month

She arrived and was given 10 minute tour and exclamation of what I needed and she didn't waste time getting started. She did detailed cleaning as well as the basic cleaning and even though she could only complete half of the apartment she did state she could do that 1/2 next time, which she did do the major part. My home looks, feels, and smells great!!!? Thank You Jill!

She did a very through job deep cleaning the kitchen. she cleaned outer doors of the cupboards, appliances , cleaned floor and counter tops. She did an excellent job!!!!

Jill is very personable and professional. As mentioned above, she is doing a full deep clean to our home prior to bi-monthly cleaning services. I do not feel I am different than most homeowners who hire a cleaning service and you are just never 100% satisfied as no one cleans as well as the homeowner does. Jill, however, did an excellent, very thorough job. The house smelled amazing and there was a definite noticeability to what she had cleaned. She still has some work ahead of her and I know we are going to be very, very pleased having in Jill's cleaning services. I would highly recommend Jill.

Jill works extremely hard (I started to sweat just watching her) ? She is very professional, brings her own equipment, and really does a thorough job! I am so glad that we found Jill's Helping Hand cleaning service and recommend her to anyone that needs help cleaning their home!! Jill did a fabulous job "deep" cleaning my house. She was very professionally and prompt. The kitchen and bathroom cleaning was exceptional. Very little guidance is needed. She knows what to do and gets it done. Best of all she brings all her own equipment and supplies. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.

Jill does an awesome job! I contacted her due to our other cleaning service closing their business. It was literally night and day with her cleaning! Her first time coming she did a complete deep clean, and we are so thrilled she did! We didn't realize how dirty out building was and the lack of cleaning that was happening from our old provider. It still smelled clean coming into the office a week later! Her cleaning made such a difference in the office and everyone noticed it. We are happy we found her and are very impressed with her service every other week, she doesn't disappoint!

I actually never met her in person, so I was happy she was able to take direction with just phone calls and text and use her best judgement on what needed to be done. The job took her longer than I anticipated as property had been rented for over 7 years and some areas had not had a good cleaning in a long time. She was very professional keep me informed as to what was going on.
