"I have had an order in with Playstar for 9 weeks. My original ship date was 4 weeks from date of purchase. I have been in contact with Playstar's customer service several times a week since my ship date has passed. Their customer service cannot give me any answers on when my order will be fulfilled. I have numerous times requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and they refuse to connect me and have only taken my contact information to have them give me a call back. I have yet to receive any communication from someone that can remotely give me any answers. This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with and I would not recommend anyone ordering from them. From my experience you will be thoroughly disappointed."

  • Can you enclose the dock? Just because you can build a dock doesn't mean you can build any dock you want. Some areas don't allow enclosed docks, for example.

  • Do you need to follow any specific rules or guidelines? Check with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) Office for Coastal Management for any guidelines you’ll need to follow, including size and type restrictions.
