I found a price about 20.00 cheaper but went with Addie because I've used them several times and would recommend them to anyone!

Addie came in and repaired our failing iron filter along with our tired water softener. Very professional and affordable. I would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat.

Arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and left the work area in excellent (clean) condition. Hauled 20 giant bags of salt to my basement at no additional charge (other than the $6.25 per-bag price to purchase the salt, which is extremely reasonable considering they delivered it to my home and hauled it down a flight of stairs to the storage room in my basement). Gave a thorough education on the products they installed.
Price included the water softner (Addie meterized model CM1-1054-48, digital) and RO system model TFC-435 with upgraded faucet and extra holding tank (#122). No additional charge for installation. Softner was $839, RO system was $639, and salt was $133.44 with tax (20 bags).
We love the products - couldn't be happier. (At first I was concerned about the price of the RO system individually, but the overall/combined price when coupled with the water softener was as competitively priced as anything else we looked at, and we had interviewed 5 different companies.) Looking back, I am thrilled with the RO system and feel like that price was totally worthwhile. I could have saved a few bucks by going with a product from Home Depot but most of those products received mixed reviews and I believe we made the right choice. Plus the filters are reasonably priced and I can install them myself!
They did an excellent job throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a water softner or RO system. You can find similar or identical products from Addie at Farm and Fleet and install it yourself --- but I decided to have them install it themselves --- and I am very pleased with the decision.

They did a good job. They put our new water heater in within one day of calling. The man that came out checked every point of our water system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

They are good and they do a good job. We woke up with cold water and they came out at 1 o'clock to fix our water heater. It was reasonable. It didn't take them very long and we are really pleased. They were here on time. They said they would be here at 1 and they were here at 1. They are very professional too.

The original water softener Service Technician estimated that it would cost about half as much as a new unit to replace the worn out parts and labor involved so, I decided that due to it's age, that replacing the unit would be the best decision. I paid less then $200.00 more for the new unit then I paid 24 years ago for the original one, so I feel I got a good value for my money. They installed the unit the next working day and didn't even charge for the initial service call. Everyone from the field service, office staff and the Owners were very customer service oriented and friendly. I'm sure that if I ever have a problem ,Addie Water Systems would take care of it correctly, and in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to do business with them again.

Called one morning. They showed up that afternoon. They fully explained the process, future costs for older system, and efficiency of the unit. They also described the softening process fully. Reasonable price for new system plus installation.

We had a plumber doing some work in the house and he noticed the broken cable on the softener. He couldn't fix it, but recommended I call Addie. They were coincidentally making a call near our house that day and came right over. One of the co-owners actually made the service call and replaced the connector. He said that his company makes the softener we have and that it had never been properly set. The company that installed it (Pertzborn in Madison) had just left the factory settings on the controls.
