He came to give an estimate said that once the 40% down was received he would call and set up a date to come out to start. He never called they just showed up when no one but my 16 y/o daughter was home. Took a week and never came back to do the windows. Ripped off the siding around the windows and said, after I called him to come back out and finish, that they couldn’t because his window guy is in jail. I asked for the windows that we’d pay him for them and he never called back. Now I have to hire someone else and wait for the windows to come in from order with the siding removed from my house, and winter is coming. My daughter has pictures of one of the guys rolling and smoking a joint on the deck after lunch. Nails left in the yard after driving the “dump truck” over flowing with material through my yard. Twice I watched as they drove around my yard and the material fell off the top. Already had a nail in my lawn tractor tire.

Didn't go so well. The concrete has cracked in 3 places less than a year after being poured. I think this is because either the preparation was inadequate, or they made concrete sections that were much too long. They have been unresponsive to calls and letters. We are probably going to take legal action against them to get it fixed.
