"We needed several large pieces of furniture and other items hauled away on short notice, we called Elite Item Removal Service and spoke with the owner, Brandon. Brandon came out the next morning for us. He had everything loaded up and ready to go quickly. (2 couches, mattress, chair, several full large black bags, and misc smaller items). He is friendly and professional, and he made it clear not to hesitate to call him if we need anything else. You also cannot beat his prices. Al's men arrived on time and ready to work. They were very courteous and went to work right away. The team leader had been informed about the job to be done and price that had been quoted. Their were no discrepancies.

The leaves were from a large wooded lot and had been left in a very large pile all winter making them hard to pick up and bag. The men performing the work did not complain and kept at the job until it was complete.

"I called the service because I had some old gross stuff left behind in the basement. I wasn't sure how it would go, but I needed to have it OUT. So I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. The company called to comfirm and then called to let me know they should be at my home shortly, because the weather had changed to heavy rain. I can not say enough!! They came I pointed to the stuff, they removed it all. The two man where polite and about their business no fooling around. So after that job, I called them again, and once again, I called, they came over I pointed to the stuff and they removed it. I loved it.

He was very responsive and even checked in the day after he cleaned the windows to ensure everything looked good and offered to come back if anything was missed (which we didn’t need it all looked great).
