He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless.
