"Shawn did an amazing job on my front steps! I had such an ugly and old set of stairs that weren’t up to code and were falling apart which was causing a safety hazard. Shawn was able to get to my project very quickly and was very communicative during the demolition of the old stairs and construction of the new stairs. He completed the project very quickly! I’ve even started using the door that is farther away from my garage just to use the new steps because they are so nice! If anyone is considering Niemuth Construction for their next project.. Look no more! You found the one! Thanks Shawn!!"

"I had hired Nick to build a covered porch on the front of my house. It was something that he had not done before, but was more than willing to take on the challenge. He did all of his research and homework it took to do the build and I was more than happy with the final outcome. His communication throughout the whole build was exceptional. I would hire Nick and the Tech 5 crew again!"

"Duncan’s Window & Door was great to work with from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Micah was very knowledgeable about his products and there absolutely NO pressure to purchase or upgrade from what you wanted/needed. They were the only company that was upfront with pricing and didn’t try to upsell me. I ordered windows and when they arrived Micah and his team installed them perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and plan on using them again for additional windows, doors, and exterior projects. Highly recommended!"

"Great! They spent 2 days repairing a poor roofing job that lead to our leaking and a several nests of wasps invading house. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters this spring.
They will be returning next spring for another issue we need addressed.
We were very happy with this company, Ben is very easy to talk with.

"Tim worked with us at every step of difficult repair issues, keeping cost reasonable and making sure the dormer roof and chimney looked great upon completion. He responds to calls and texts promptly. He explained his best solutions as problems continued to arise. The work was completed as scheduled, (weather permitting.) The site was thoroughly cleaned. It was a pleasure to work with a serious craftsman."

While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
It might seem counterintuitive, but the best time to install a paver patio is during late fall to winter. The cold and wet weather of those seasons can help your patio installer perfect the foundation for your patio. Plus, you'll likely be able to find better sales and deals during the colder months when patio installation business is typically slower. Consult a local patio paver professional to determine the best time to install based on your area’s climate.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9 per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
