"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Great customer service, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. Most of all I LOVE LOVE their customer service."

"We had the tile resurfaced in a large walk-in shower and neighboring spa tub surround. Did two different colors and the job took 4 days. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
