He even took down the rotting board above the shed doorway and replaced it, which I thought I would have to do. He caulked everything, the area was cleaned up by his assistant and his bill was very reasonable. I would hire him again, without a doubt. It only took him one full day to complete this work, which was great. He and Bobbi kept up communications before and during the installation which was a plus also."
