"Well it took some time for them to get out there because we had lots of rain that week, but when they showed up, they were great, I cant believe they even took the time to do a little shed for me that was not even in the quote, and did not charge me for it, they said they felt bad because the rain kept delaying them but that was not there fault, wow what a professional company, you don't see guys like Mr. Moss anymore you could tell his work is very important to him....."

Concrete is extremely porous. Without a proper sealing, it will absorb just about anything it comes in contact with, including water and ice. During the colder months with freeze-thaw cycles, this could cause the concrete to crack and become damaged in other ways. You always want to seal your cleaned concrete surfaces after they’ve completely dried out.

To prep a floor for painting, start by sweeping and cleaning any loose debris that could puncture the protective material. Take out as much furniture as possible. Then lay plastic, canvas, rosin paper, or masonite sheets across the room, securing them at the edges with masking tape. Allow the first coat to dry thoroughly before applying the second coat, typically after 12 to 24 hours. The second coat ensures even coverage and durability and enhances the floor's appearance. Additionally, applying two coats helps to create a more substantial barrier against stains, chemicals, and wear and tear, resulting in a longer-lasting finish.
