"This was a HUGE project. This very big 1910 farm house needed to be scrapped and repainted, several areas of woodwork needed to be replaced and/or repaired. The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough. Bob Sr. and his son, Bob Jr. run a great "We do it All" company."

They took the time to make sure we had all of our questions answered at every part of the process. They repaired damaged spots on our stucco exterior and then sprayed on a coat of new stucco. They also re-pointed a deteriorating chimney and installed new chimney caps on both chimneys. The house looks fantastic! "They were difficult to get in touch with, as it seemed many people bought the deal.  They finally contacted me via email and then I called once or twice to find out when they could come.  They did come on the date they said they would.  The guys put the bricks back together.  It was done okay, a little lopsided, but I know the deal was only for I believe 4 hours of work, so they did not have a lot of time.  It is fixed, not falling down and hopefully will last.

"I spoke with Chris and he came out the next day for an estimate. His estimate was by far the least expensive of the other 2 estimates I got and included all paint. Chris said he would start on Monday and finish on Thursday. He finished early - Wednesday afternoon. The paint looks amazing! Everything looks nice and even, the edges are nice and neat. The closets look great, too! He even needed to paint the ceilings in the closets. That must have been a task and a half. He really went above and beyond. While he was there, he noticed some nails sticking pokey-side out of my basement stairwell. Knowing I have kids, he took the nails out so the kids wouldn't get hurt. It's that kind of thoughtfulness and professionalism that would make me hire Newstar again and refer him to all my friends!"
