"Kristi did a phenomenal job with her designs for our kitchen update (last major kitchen remodel in our 1913 farmhouse was in 1949!) and a wonderful conservatory/sunroom addition.  She must have redone the drawings for the addition at least a half dozen times, each time incorporating our desires and her ideas for improvement until it was exactly the design of our dreams!  Kristi also oversaw the construction of our kitchen remodel as general contractor and the design worked fabulously.  Everyone who comes over remarks about how spacious the kitchen looks and how well it fits our vintage house.  Sadly, the conservatory addition construction cost was out of our budget range, but we have recently started on an alternative plan with Kristi that may solve that issue as well.  Kristi started the project as our designer/contractor and ended the project as our friend!  What more can you say?!!"

"MeinenHomes has handled several small and large scale home projects for me over the past few years. Small or large - their work, service, communication, pricing and personalities have been excellent. It’s not easy to employ and retain top notch people in this business but Jim has managed to hire only the best. I have made several great friends as they transformed my condo into something special. Thanks Jim. Will be calling on your help again, no doubt. Lauren Sheriff"

"I noticed my garage door was askew as it lifted, turned out a lifting cable had jumped the turn wheel. The J.D Griffith repairman was friendly, professional and efficient. He fixed the problem without needing any new parts. The work was successfully finished in under half an hour and the garage door has worked great ever since."

"I ended up with a completely new house worthy of HGTV. I am truly happy with the entire process from the initial bid to the final cleanup. Len and his crew were truly a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

"Totally satisfied! I was contacted in the morning , a gentleman came and gave me a fair quote and an hour later the crew showed up to work. I got a notice That the tree needed to be completely trimmed away from alley, street and sidewalk. There was much more to trimming that tree than expected. But they continued working to get it right. This service was great. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Besides trimming my tree , they removed the yard waste that was piled up in the garage in bags. Very fair price and efficiency was top notch. Hard workers ! They all worked like a well oiled machine! They are coming back next weekend for another project. I highly recommend this service."

"They worked out really well. We were very pleased. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves. They weren't the least expensive, but I was impressed with their work history. They are the 3rd generation and they already had very good ratings on Angie's List. I am real pleased with their work. We have a pretty big one story house, with an attached sun room and garage, so there was a lot of roof."

"Great, he was prompt and rolled with changes to the plan based on existing construction. Moses installed 2 garage door openers and attic stairs both were on time and on budget."

"I would recommend Jock Construction for anything you need done in your home. Wes and his team are superb in their attention to detail. He has literally remodeled our our entire first and second floor and replaced our roof.. Knocked out walls, added a walk-in closet, created a breakfast nook and completely opened up our kitchen. My wife and I could not be more satisfied and will use him without doubt for our next project."

"This was a very expensive job but their estimate was real close to the other two received.  However, the work was superior.  The porch and garage had been re-roofed about 15 years ago, but were in bad shape. The main roof was about 45 years old (unnoticed until there were problems) and the chimneys had probably never been touched.  The whole crew worked hard every day for about a week and cleaned up all their equipment daily.  They built a huge scaffolding to reach one chimney by the neighboring house -- it was a structural masterpiece itself.
