Overall, it was fantastic to have an individual flexible and accommodating to the changing environment. The quality of finished basement exceeded our expectations by far. We were skeptical of hiring a general contractor at first, but have no questions since hiring Gerry. If we were to build a home or have another significant remodel, we would hire Gerry again in a heartbeat."

After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity. "I had MAJOR water damage in my family room on my outside wall ( half brick- huge window) and a bit on the adjoining walls as well. Dante Wilmet was a miracle worker on this project. He had to remove the outside wall completely and rebuild ( including the brick). He did an amazing job… stuck to his quote. If there was anything that came along that would cost extra- he would call to make sure it was ok with me to proceed. He was always on time and extremely reliable. If I could afford to gut my whole house- I would gave Wilmet Construction do the job!"
