Mr. Noel painted my entire house in the style I requested, and I admit I have a very particular style. I wanted three different paint styles and I wanted to decide how I wanted them. He was extremely attentive to my wishes and exceeded my expectations. Immediately after the painting was finished, my basement flooded, and I needed to replace the entire floor in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, a living room, and a storage space. He also took care of all the molding and baseboards that were damaged, some by water and some by the restoration company I hired to clean the basement. Noel performed the work efficiently and respectfully. He was organized, punctual, and delivered on everything he promised.
