Most importantly, our transfer switch was working perfectly until Kollmann came and rewired it and fried our coil. Now they refuse to pay for something that they broke. They billed us and are now expecting us to pay for an incomplete job and left us with an nonworking unit. Their employees were also playing pool on our pool table while they should've been working. The owner Jeremy, is refusing to take responsibility for any of the mistakes made by his company or damage to our property."
