"We needed railings installed in several stairwells. fiNest Home Services was one of 3 we had out for an estimate. They asked lots of questions to better understand what we needed and the quote was back in just a couple of days. Their price was very reasonable so we went with them. Communication both before and after the work was done was excellent. The work was done in one day and done very well. We're very pleased with them and the work and would certainly hire them again for other projects."

"Slow or non-existent customer service. Text messages to find the status of work not returned. Needs to give customers updates on when each phase of work was to be done. New cabinets installed but after a week no updates when plumbing, electrical and countertops would be done. My wife and I thought they forgot about us. Happy with the cabinets but the gentleman who installed them seems to have a attitude and didn’t have any customer service experience. (Meaning he didn’t really have interest in answering any questions.) All is well with the finished product Electrical and plumbing installers were good. Again, they need to work on their communications with their customers on the timeline to complete the work."
