"We needed railings installed in several stairwells. fiNest Home Services was one of 3 we had out for an estimate. They asked lots of questions to better understand what we needed and the quote was back in just a couple of days. Their price was very reasonable so we went with them. "Had frozen pipes in rental property during the winter. Tenants were left without hot water so it was imperative to get it fixed in a timely fashion. K Corporation took job on short notice and had it done within 24 hrs."

"Slow or non-existent customer service. Text messages to find the status of work not returned. Needs to give customers updates on when each phase of work was to be done. New cabinets installed but after a week no updates when plumbing, electrical and countertops would be done. My wife and I thought they forgot about us. Happy with the cabinets but the gentleman who installed them seems to have a attitude and didn’t have any customer service experience. (Meaning he didn’t really have interest in answering any questions.) All is well with the finished product Electrical and plumbing installers were good. Again, they need to work on their communications with their customers on the timeline to complete the work."
