"The service that we received from Aires Heating and Cooling, LLC was great. I really can't say how it could have gone any better. Our furnace broke down, tried a couple easy troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when we couldn't get it going, the tech was over as soon as he could. This is the time of year where he was busy with other customers, so the amount of time we waited was explainable. Didn't have parts right away on his van, but we didn't wait for more than 24 hours before he found another tech that did have the parts for our furnace. Excellent friendly service. Thank you very much for all the help, Aires Heating and Cooling, LLC."

"We enjoyed working with Neil. He was spot on. He was very clean and thorough with explaining how to use the equipment."

"Austin installed A/C in our newly remodeled home and we will continue to go through him for any future HVAC needs. He was efficient, thorough, and transparent throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had. As well as reassuring us we could reach out to him after the job was done if we ever had any problems down the road. We highly recommend his services and the peace of mind he provides!"

"Professional, knowledgeable and personable. I was very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend this business for your home duct cleaning - if fact, I already referred my neighbor!"

"During the first year of home ownership, we encountered several plumbing and HVAC issues that needed to be addressed. We were assigned Dan's Service Plus through our home warranty company. Dan's Service Plus handled all of our issues very well. One of their service technicians, Chuck, was assigned to address most of our plumbing needs. He did a thorough job to fix the issues and never left a mess after he finished. We had also requested an estimate for a small renovation project as well as an estimate for a new furnace. Dan and Gregg came out to complete estimates right away. We will certainly keep them in mind when financial resources become available for the projects. Overall, we feel Dan's Service Plus has been very responsive, courteous and most of all they get the job done right. It's great to know a plumbing and HVAC company that we can trust in the Wausau area. Highly recommend!"

Alex came out to our home to have a look at what was going on, within a few minutes Alex had a plan together and we were scheduled for a whole home humidifier, in addition to some added supply and return runs to get that conditioned air moving throughout our home. Let me just say Alex was spot on WOW what a difference very very pleased! very comfortable! Alex was prompt, professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Alexs was very neat and tidy! A true craftsman of his trade! Everything looks great, great rates as well! I strongly recommend giving ANG a call for any of your future HVAC needs. Thanks again Alex!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."
