"The service that we received from Aires Heating and Cooling, LLC was great. I really can't say how it could have gone any better. Our furnace broke down, tried a couple easy troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when we couldn't get it going, the tech was over as soon as he could. This is the time of year where he was busy with other customers, so the amount of time we waited was explainable. Didn't have parts right away on his van, but we didn't wait for more than 24 hours before he found another tech that did have the parts for our furnace. Excellent friendly service. He came promptly Monday morning, assessed our issue, found the part locally. explained the potential cost, picked up our part and installed it all in less than 90 minutes. He also determined the warranty was applicable and completed all of the paper work for us. His rate was fair and reasonable. A very nice man that thoroughly explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in his assessment. If we experience any issues in the future he will be our first call.
