"The service that we received from Aires Heating and Cooling, LLC was great. I really can't say how it could have gone any better. Our furnace broke down, tried a couple easy troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when we couldn't get it going, the tech was over as soon as he could. This is the time of year where he was busy with other customers, so the amount of time we waited was explainable. Didn't have parts right away on his van, but we didn't wait for more than 24 hours before he found another tech that did have the parts for our furnace. Excellent friendly service. "From the initial call I placed to schedule service until Mario left my home, he provided 5 star service. He is down to earth and professional. He took before and after pictures of the vents so we could see the difference. Our home build was completed by a previous owner in 2001 and Mario's photos showed that this was clearly the only time the vents were getting cleaned since the home's build. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
