Our furnace broke down, tried a couple easy troubleshooting steps over the phone, and when we couldn't get it going, the tech was over as soon as he could. This is the time of year where he was busy with other customers, so the amount of time we waited was explainable. Didn't have parts right away on his van, but we didn't wait for more than 24 hours before he found another tech that did have the parts for our furnace. Excellent friendly service. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
