"We have hired Samuels Construction for three projects: attic insulation, window replacement, and deck replacement. We found working with him very easy because he was patient, open minded, conscientious,and friendly. The quality of the composite deck that was built appears to be excellent. One important quality is the fact that he comes when he says he's coming and he finishes the work within the period of time he initially predicts.
