"This remodel was exceptional! First of all, John Richart answered my request in about a day and made an appointment to review the site for a quote within 3 days. We signed the contract in November and they started work on January 3, 2022, as estimated. Although the price was very important and they were very competitive (obtained 3 quotes), I can't express my relief that they were able to respond quickly and keep to schedule. Daily communications on what the goals for the day were, what was next, etc., were very much appreciated and added a level of professionalism I enjoyed. The final product is amazing! The circa 1950's kitchen and bath in my 1929 bungalow is now both beautifully updated and tastefully respectful of all the fine details of craftsmanship from the original construction. The project came in under the original budget I prepared and includes details and features they suggested, making it more elegant and functional than I had originally imagined. Details are always the most important to me and I am very pleased with all of the trim details and most importantly the precise tile work in the tub/shower and the kitchen and pantry backsplashes. They refinished the doors including adding new retro hardware and cleaning/polishing the hinges at very little cost. It's amazing what that detail adds to the rooms! The added bonus is this family crew of dad and sons obviously enjoy working together and was good company in my home. They worked efficiently, were pleasant in their language and demeanor, cleaned up the site well, and finished the project in approximately 3 weeks. We are preparing for another smaller project this spring."

"I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"We inherited a house with a mold problem and we were trying to get it ready to sell asap. Donny returned our call right away and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Donny inspected the areas of concern and provided an action plan on the spot including the number of days it would take. He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We were so relieved when he said he could start the next day! We received the written estimate a few hours later and decided to go ahead with the work the next week. Donny said he was confident he would end up charging less than the estimate but would not be sure until they started working. In fact, the final invoice ended up being $1500 less! How often does that happen? The crew was on time,polite and professional. They were extremely careful not to damage anything and cleaned up better than any cleaning crew we have ever had! "It went wonderfully.  This was in the MBR, and we were anticipating spending a few nights sleeping in the other room.  That never happened. The house was opened, window removed, 2X6 studs reframed, window installed - all in the same day.  The entire project took about a week.  Don Lindner is very exacting and professional, and does a great job at drywalling and everything.  He cleaned up after himself every day, setting things aside and folding drop cloths and putting them out of the way so the room would be useable.

When we went to other window companies, they wanted to just do a replacement vinyl window.  Fast and profitable for them.  They are in and out in a day, and you still have the problem.  Each of them saw the same thing I did - the frame was rotting on this window where the caulking had failed.  Yet, the answer was always the same - we jam some replacement sashes in there, use aluiminum to hide the rot, and everything should be OK.   Don Lindner took a look and recommended a way to address the whole problem.

I think his pricing is very reasonable, he sticks to his estimaes and does really good quality work.  We will use him again when our patio door is replaced.
