"Great! It's been a month and haven't seen a bite since. We had been getting a few bites sporatically for months but never found any signs of bed bugs until I finally saw a single one crawling and captured him in a jar. Before calling Affordable, we'd had Terminix out to do a free inspection and the guy didn't bother to look very thoroughly or find/point out where the little creeps were hiding but recommended treatment anyway for almost twice as much as ABBE. So I ignored his follow-up email and called Affordable instead. The specialist was on time and so kind to me and to my downstairs neighbor (we both received the treatment to be safe) when we were feeling stressed and a little traumatized by the situation. Within 10 minutes of inspection he was able to find where the bed bugs were camped out in a crease in my headboard and let me take a picture to send to my husband. That alone gave me confidence in their services. After he left, I let my bed bug prisoner out of the jar to crawl around in some of the spray along my baseboards and put him back in the jar to test the effectiveness.
