We provided Gerry with a professional drawing of the basement and he provided his thoughts and made quality improvements without changing the overall layout. Our basement was built during the COVID pandemic and Gerry stored masks and disinfectant directly outside our front door so all parties involved felt comfortable and safe. During the initial quote was honest about the supply chain disruption and the potential for delay in supplies. Overall, it was fantastic to have an individual flexible and accommodating to the changing environment. The quality of finished basement exceeded our expectations by far. It truly was unacceptable drywall installation. This doubled the length of the project. Corners were cut, critical steps were not done. I was left finally with a finished project done correctly by another drywall installer. It was not a pleasant experience, and I do not recommend them."
