BAY VIEW WINDOW CLEANERS

His name was Darrell. He is a one man show. I have been very happy with him. His prices are very reasonable. He is very prompt and accommodating. He was able to come within a week. He was very quick. I told friends how great he was. He has been awesome.

 This undertaking is done without any inconvenience to us, and the entire job is done with professional courtesy and is done perfectly. When finished, Daryl does a walk through the house and inspects every window and makes sure that windows and storms are locked, From past experience we always know ahead of time what the charges fo rDaryl's service will be, and although the charges are at the high end of what other window cleaner charge, we feel that the intangibles are well worth that extra charge.

My windows hadn't been cleaned in a while and had several types of screen/storm windows which were not easy to remove. I didn't need to do any preparation-Darryl moved the curtains and other things out of the way. I wasn't going to have him wash the screens but changed my mind when everything else started looking good, and he was fine with that. He was more expensive than my previous window cleaner (who is no longer working) but I was happy with the result. He did a good job and also was careful not to let my cats out.

Darrell was very professional, but friendly. We were very happy with the job he did. He worked from 8:20 until 5:00.

This is my 3rd spring having Darrell clean my windows. 1st time it cost $410; 2nd time it was $335; this time it costs $290. I feel like I'm getting a steal! This year he said it would be $345 but with Angie's discount and doing it between June and September, I got a 15% discount. He even changed the date for me at the last minute because the driveway sealers came and he couldn't get down my driveway. He does a very thorough job and leaves no mess. You can completely trust him. I would be comfortable not being home when he did his work. He takes pride in his work and even gave me some good advice regarding getting replacement windows. Of all the workman I have had in my house over the past 32 years, he is THE best.

Called Darrell in late spring. He was slow to return my phone call, but eventually we were able to set-up an appointment. He called the morning of the appointed day to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was prompt, courteous and our windows have never been so clean...let there be light. WOW. We were so pleased with his work that a fall appointment was scheduled that day.

They did a beautiful job with the work. He was very good at notifying me when he was going to arrive for the service. We had to reschedule once because of rain, but called them yesterday to make sure that he was coming for the window cleaning and he did.

Very professional. On time. Did his job. My husband got sick and he even worked around that.

Darrell, the owner, is terrific. He's so good, my broker wanted him to come and do his windows. He did a really good job inside and out, especially after my home was painted. He made sure all paint drippings were off the windows. I got way beyond my money's worth and he charged $75 less than last year. He's just as good now as he was then.

I called and Darrel came out to the house 2 days later (the weather temperatures were cooperating). I had 17 windows with no screens, a 3 panel bay window and a 4 panel patio door that had not been professionally cleaned since installed 4 years. An excellent job was done on short notice, considering it was a week before Christmas. In fact, he found 2 of the windows were leaking the Argon gas due to condensation between the panes. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them again in the early spring of 2007.

My windows have never been so clean, sparkly, and shiny. I have leaded glass, which are SO hard to clean. They were excellent. He worked so hard on them. They were punctual and professional.

Excellent service as usual. Very friendly, arrived on time. Finished in the time frame as promised. Work is great. Windows and doors look like new. I have had them before and would highly reccomend their work to anyone.

Darrell has done work on my rental and did such a great job that I hired him for my own house and repeat on the rental. He does a wonderful job that it hard to tell that there is even a window there once he is done!!!

WE SETTLED ON A DATE. HE CAME AS AGREED. DID THE JOB WELL. LEFT THE BILL EXACTLY AS STATED. I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW. DID THE JOB EXACTLY WHEN I WANTED IT DONE- AFTER MY NEW ROOF WAS PUT ON. GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY NEXT SPRING TOO!

Darrel, was on time and very courteous and efficient. I believe the price was right.

DARREL DID A GREAT JOB. HE IS A ONE-PERSON SHOP. HE DID ALL OF THE CLEANING, REMOVED SCREENS AND WINDOWS. IT TOOK HIM SOMEWHAT LONGER THAN HE HAD EXPECTED BUT HE HELD TO HIS ORIGINAL BID. THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND WE CAN SEE OUT OF ALL OF OUR WINDOWS AGAIN.

DARRYL WAS ON TIME-CALLED AHEAD, COURTEOUS, GAVE A SR. DISCOUNT WORKED VERY CAREFULLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING WINDOWS.

DARRELL WAS AN APPRENTICE UNDER OUR FORMER WINDOW WASHER, SO HE HAS BEEN DOING OUR WINDOWS FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS PROMPT TO SCHEDULE A DATE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, AND ARRIVES AT THE JOB ON TIME. ALL FURNITURE IS REPLACED AND WHEN DARRELL LEAVES, THE WINDOWS ARE SPARKLING CLEAN. DARRELL IS EFFICIENT, VERY POLITE AND REASONABLE PRICED. WE HOPE TO USE HIS SERVICES FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.

DARRELL IS ALWAYS WILLING TO DO A LITTLE EXTRA FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. HE'S VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL.

THE CLEANER WAS ON TIME. HE WAS POLITE, THOROUGH, CAREFUL AND REASONABLY PRICED.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY.

PLEASANT YOUNG MAN CALLED TO SAY HE WOULD BE A FEW MINUTES LATE. SOME WINDOWS WERE HARD TO OPEN, BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I AM SO VERY PLEASED. MY WINDOWS HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD!!!

DERROL IS EXTREMELY POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. JOB DONE WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL HAVE HIM RETURN FOR INTERIORS IN NEAR FUTURE.

DARRELL WAS ON TIME, RETURNED ALL CALLS PROMPTLY, AND EVEN CALLED ME FROM HIS CELL PHONE THE MORNING HE WAS TO DO THE WORK TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MY WINDOWS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! DARRELL EVEN MADE SURE ALL MY FURNITURE WAS MOVED BACK TO WHERE IT WAS. HE ALSO POINTED OUT PLACES WHERE I NEEDED TO REPLACE SOME WINDOW BRACKETS AND ADVISED HOW I MIGHT REPAIR THE OUTSIDE STORM ON MY BIG PICTURE WINDOW IN MY LIVING ROOM. I PLAN ON USING BAY VIEW WINDOW CLEANING ONCE A YEAR FROM NOW ON.

HE WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. MY WINDOWS ARE SPARKLING CLEAN WITHOUT ANY STREAKS. GREAT JOB!
