TKK Construction

Tkk Construction replaced my roof on 10/28-29/22. On the 29th I stood looking at the roof with Chanse and I told him I was not happy with the way the front looked. His response was its going to be fine. I had 3 roofers come out since then and have quoted me 5500-7000 to redo their work. I have exchanged several texts (I am blocked now) and several emails with Chanse and Tkk Construction trying to rectify this situation. Besides bad mouthing other roofers and the insurance company and the adjustor and myself they also say the roofing job performed on my house is fine and they are offended the other roofers and myself can clearly see that it is not. I paid them in full when the job was started (I know not to do this now) and they provided the paperwork to the insurance company after the job as if they did everything on the list the insurance company required for the total amount that I paid to Tkk construction to then be reimbursed to me. It was 320 dollars short and now Tkk construction will not pay me that. So basically they took money for work that was required of them and knowingly knew they did not do all the work and presented paperwork to insurance company as if they did. They also broke several branches on 4 hydrangea trees totaling 270 dollars. They said they would reimburse for them but I have not received anything. They did a side job that consisted of replacing 2 trimmings on garage door as well as replacing rotting wood on my side door going into my garage as well as replacing door threshold. Key word is replace. They replaced two pieces of trim on garage doors that looked used and they covered up the rotting wood with trim instead of replacing like they said and they glued down my old door threshold instead of replacing like they said. Charged me 400.00 for this. I will get back to the roof now. I have several before and after pictures of my roof. I now have a lump across my whole roof because after the job was done Chanse said there is a seam in my roof. There was no lump before. If this was going to be a issue than why was I not made aware of this when the job was being done? There are also several shingles sticking up and waviness in the roof now. It was not like that before. I have pictures of everything if any one wants to see them and use your judgement if you would like your roof to look like mine does now. Through several emails (15) I have got nowhere trying to resolve this with Tkk Construction. They want the other roofers I have had come out and give me estimates to meet with them at my house and go over their work. Why would another roofing company that did not do the work but only gave me estimates on what it would cost to fix Tkk Constructions work do that? I am not paying them for their time. Tkk Construction is responsible for the roofing job not other companies. Trisha the one in the office who I exchanged all the emails with told me they did not care if I wrote a review because the good ones outweigh the bad ones. That took me by surprise. I clearly outlined what I would like the company to do in my emails and nothing got resolved. It was clear to me Tkk Construction did not want to deal with the situation which also came as a surprise to me because I read reviews on here and did not expect this from them. I read the little mission statement that Tkk Construction has provided for people that come to Home Advisor and my experience with them was totally opposite of what is written in it. Here is what I asked for from Tkk Construction 1. The 320 difference I paid them and from what the insurance company paid me 2. The 270 dollars for the damaged hydrangeas from their workers throwing shingles off the roof 3. For Chanse to come up and meet with me and go over the way my roof looks now. Other roofers have nothing to do with this besides giving me estimates. I tried to work this out before posting this
