"Expensive, and no follow through. Last spring, on their advice, we changed the pump. From the beginning it seemed to us that it wasn't working right, but the tech said that it was normal. Turns out, they probably knew it wasn't right, but didn't want to be bothered, because this year, half of what the pump pulls in is air. There is no suction, which prevents us from washing the pool (and heat it - with the pool heater we also bought from them). And now because we changed companies for our opening this year (since they almost doubled their price), they won't even send to someone to look at the pump"

"I requested a quote to move a light switch 12”. An electrician came out and quoted me $75 plus materials, I said fine and we set up a date/time. I received a bill for over $300! I called and asked why I was billed for 2 guys and 7 hours of work for 1 light switch??!! And they took away my dimmer option. They said they would remove 2 hours from my bill. I’m still stuck paying $290 for one light switch being moved 12”!! This company is crooked! Do not use them!"

Using bubble bath, bath oils, bath salts, or moisturizing products that contain butters or oils can damage your jetted tub. Because of the water pump and jet mechanism, you need to be more selective with products for a jetted tub than you would for a traditional bathtub in order to keep it functioning properly and avoid expensive repairs. Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment. If your lawn has a dedicated drainage area that’s free from plants and foundations, you can likely drain it there. Avoid storm drains, as the hot tub water will enter waterways and could hurt aquatic life. Likewise, do not pour it out directly on any public land or where it can get into your neighbors’ property. 

You should keep your hot tub at a constant soaking temperature of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit when the hot tub is not in use. However, you can lower that by a couple of degrees during the summer, so you don’t feel overheated.
