"We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call."

Dennis was quick, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing when asked. Tested the drains several times before leaving to ensure that they were indeed cleared.
