Of the plumbers we contacted, they were the first available, and with clogged kitchen sink drains, we decided to try them. Dennis was quick, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing when asked. Tested the drains several times before leaving to ensure that they were indeed cleared. I'd recommend Mark's as choice #1 for clogged drains. FYI - no trip charge, and rates for first hour ended up lower than other vendors we contacted. No surprises!
