Payment for services are generally payment on satisfactory completion, however larger jobs do require a down payment to amount to at a minimum the amount estimated for materials. We accept major credit cards. Our winter prices are seasonally adjusted down to provide and incentive for people to have a lower cost if they choose to do the job in the cold weather.

"I did work for servpro as a subcontractor. They mismanaged the project from the beginning, creating an unhappy customer from the beginning which made our job very difficult. Our work was done to high standards and was fully completed and inspected. Servpro was paid in full months ago and still refuses to pay us even though the customer asked them to pay us in full. Now we have to lien the customer's home even though they paid in full. It is our only recourse to be paid. The owner bullies his subcontractors and I personally witnessed him bullying two different customers. I would avoid servpro as I would the plague."

That’s normal, as the vent has just finished moving the humidity and moisture from your laundry to the exterior of your property. However, if your dryer vent has water droplets in it at any time, it’s a sign that there’s trouble with the machine’s ventilation. You should call in a professional right away to get the issue fixed.

At a minimum, you should clean your dryer vent at least once a year. You may need to clean the dryer vent more often, such as every six months, if your dryer sees frequent or daily use. If you have young children or pets, you may need to clean the vent quarterly. 

There are a few signs that tell you it's time to clean your vent. If your clothes are very hot when they come out of the dryer or it's taking longer than usual for clothes to dry, the vents need cleaning.

It’s possible to remove too much humidity from the air, but it’s very unlikely. Dehumidifiers have moisture sensors and settings to control how they function, so they can pause when the air inside your home reaches a certain humidity level. This means that most modern dehumidifiers won’t dry out the air to the point where it’s uncomfortable.
