I can't recommend Elite Restoration Pro enough! When a tree unexpectedly fell on my family’s house, we were in a panic and needed immediate help. The Elite crew came to our rescue and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we called, their team was professional, responsive, and compassionate. They quickly assessed the damage and provided us with a clear plan and timeline for the roof replacement. The crew was punctual, worked diligently, and kept the area clean throughout the process. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the new roof, but they also took the time to answer all our questions and ensure we were comfortable with everything. It's such a relief to have a safe and secure roof over our heads again! They truly care about their customers and deliver top-notch service. A hail storm during the night hours came came through this area a couple of months ago. I hadn't realized hail had accompanied what was a loud downpour of rain for a while during the previous night! A rep from Elite Restorations appeared at my home the following morning, telling me of the hail storm and offering to perform a free inspection. He told me of the extent of the damage and that believed I qualified for financial assistance through my home insurance. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors who concurred with his diagnosis. We arranged a day for all the labor to be performed. The roofing crew members were all very patient and kind, just as all various reps of Elite Restorations have been. As I have a history of a heart attack and stroke from several years ago, all the helpful and caring employees with Elite Resotations gave me very appreciated stress free days and did a superb job throughout the entire process, doing the roof work in only one day!

What can I say was going to spend over 11k out of pocket tell Elite Restoration Pro showed up! After they left I had a new roof at the cost of my deductible! Let me tell you saved me big time.. plus amazed by efficiency very quick and stress free!! I recommend you check them out! THANKS

The crew was absolutely spot-on with their work ethic and skills. The on-site crew leader, Elvis, was easy to work with and always available. Dan came to our house to check on progress and answer any of our questions. His final house check was detailed and efficient. From start to finish, Jake was available to answer questions and resolve issues. One day and we have a beautiful new roof on all three buildings!

We had hail damage and Elite worked easily with our insurance. They helped with the assessment of the damage and getting the work scheduled. They did an excellent job giving us a new roof and ensuring that the underlayment was in good condition. We have new vents that actually work. They did a wonderful job protecting the environment immediately around the house. When they were finished, they did a very thorough clean up with magnets to be sure they picked up any nails that missed the tarps.

Jake was great to deal with. He was willing to meet with the insurance adjuster at my home and was very good explaining everything to me. The work was done very efficiently and the crew worked well together. They cleaned up around the house better than I expected.

Elite Restoration Pro is amazing to work with! They helped me gain approval from my insurance company for my roof. This was due to hail. The communication was excellent. Hannah the office manager was so friendly. And always answered my questions and concerns. The roof after being approved was done in 1 day. And the best part! I did not need to wait weeks or months for it to be completed. They did it within the same week after we filled out paperwork. They truly care about clients. The work crew was quick and efficient. They replaced our roof in one day, and did a fantastic job on clean up. We took a small journey (5 months) through the State Farm's insurance swamp but our Elite representative, Jake Bebeau, was with us and went above and beyond every step of the way.

I worked with Jake Bebeau. He was very polite, professional, patient, and well informed. He was able to assist me in making the best informed decision for my home. I couldn t be happier! The work crews were on time, professional, polite, and focused on getting the job done. They also did a good job of cleaning up. If I would ever have a horrible hail storm again... I would call Jake in a heartbeat.

Justin, the owner of the company, was an excellent communicator and was on the job site all day while the roof was being replaced. He knew the insurance process inside and out and made the entire claim process from initial inspection through construction to closing the claim so simple....STRESS FREE FOR ME. The crew was courteous and clean from start to finish on a very windy day when my roof was being replaced. I referred Elite Restoration Pro to family and friends as I knew they would be in great hands! Thank you!

I hired Elite Restoration Pro to install new windows, vinyl siding and a new deck. Every part of dealing with them has been a complete disaster! Yes of course it cost more than I was quoted and took longer than expected, but it has been months and they still have not finished the job. In fact, the workmanship has been very poor and there have been lots of mistakes. The communication is absolutely the worse and they do not return phone calls. I have contacted the owner several times but he does not care at all! Stay away from this company....I wish someone would have warned me!! ________________________________UPDATE: The last of my project just got finished and I have 2 important updates. I went to make my final payment and was presented with a change order invoice for thousands of dollars above the original contract. I never approved that and won t be paying the extra amount. It was like throwing salt into a wound! ___________________________However, I do want to end on a positive note. After having left my review, I was assigned a new project manager to facilitate the last bit of work. Alex contacted me and everything changed. His communication was awesome, he always arrived on time and he followed through on all the work. It was a completely different experience for me! If it had been like this from the beginning, I too would have given Elite 5 stars! There are plenty of positive reviews out there and now I can see why. Unfortunately, I had to talk about my personal experience and it was really bad until Alex came in towards the end. It is a shame that they only wanted to fix the situation after a negative review was written. ___________________________I have been told that the people that were assigned to my home (with the exception of Alex) will not be working with Elite in the future. Hopefully this will make my review an exception and not the rule.___________________________ ADDITIONAL UPDATE 4-13-20 : I cannot believe I am dealing with residual issues ten months after my project started. I recieved a letter at my home from all the sub contractors, saying that Elite has not paid them a penny! I paid Elite (General Contractor) the full amount agreed to. Obviously, it is between Elite and the sub contractors they hired, to work out their agreement, and the money owed. ____ I understand the frustration of the sub contractors. Elite Restoration Pro does not return calls, and I know the workers need their pay, especially during this time when so many people are out of work. Elite does not have a conscience. I go back to my original statement - avoid this company at all costs!

I showed him were we had water coming in and staining the ceiling. He said uh huh, we went out side he looked at two place in the roof that were above the leak area. He took out his ladder, went on the roof with a small crow bar looking tool. He lifter the shingles under the two vents above the leak. Came down and said I can see the problem, the roofers didn't properly caulk around the vents. He went back up with a tube of caulk (so he said, and I didn't watch) amazingly he was back in the house within 5 minutes, All is fixed, he said. He had told me he had a flat rate of $350.00. I said for that much time I hope he guaranteed his work. He said roof repair wasn't guaranteed, but I paid him the $350.00. After the last rains, a new spot has appeared on the ceiling. He didn't give me a receipt so I can't call him back. He should come back and look closer without an extra charge. But he said no guarentees so I guess I am out of luck. I won't hire him again.
