It went extremely well - We had some home remodeling done and as things with that construction wasn't completed on schedule we had to reschedule with the duct cleaner, who was very understanding and flexible. They were punctual, informative and very accommodating as they completed the work. This being my first time, they explained the process clearly and got right to work. They showed me any issues and how to avoid future problems. I would hire them again and recommend them highly.

They told me exactly what I needed to do prior to their arrival to make sure all cold air returns and furnace vents were accessible.  The staff explained the process as they worked throughout my home.  They did each item one at a time and made sure that everything is fully clean before moving onto the next.  He showed me before and after pictures and I was completely amazed what lives in the duct work.  I make this a routine each year to ensure the safety of my family in my home.  David did a great job explaining the importance of keeping the dryer vents clean including the outside vent.  The staff was very professional and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves in every location they were at in my home.

I would highly recommend this service.  It was great to have a local service and I was able to schedule a cleaning in a timely manner.

They did a great job of explaining the service and how duct cleaning works - we have never had it done before!
Easy to work with, prompt, professional, efficient at getting in and completing the job.  After seeing what the ducts looked like before and after - we are so glad we had it done.
