Let AquaTech create the pool of your dreams!\n\nAquatech is a builder of one piece Fiberglass and Vinyl lined in-ground pools. Our Engineering Procedures are exclusive to the Midwest Area's extreme weather conditions. Using the best equipment, materials, methods and workmanship we keep prices reasonable by working directly with us, THE BUILDER. \n\nOne of the first things you have to understand is that most pool companies sell pools and that is it. They really have nothing to do with the actual physical construction of your pool as they hire sub-contractors to do the work on your pool. The company is only as good as the sub-contractors. AquaTech builds your pool directly and doesn't outsource the work to other people.\n\nFor less than you may have dreamed!! Aquatech designs, engineers and builds custom pools to exact specifications. By making sure everything is included, you can enjoy the pool of your dreams for many years with minimum maintenance. \n\nBuilding your pool should be a fun experience . . . we make it that way.

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

Land surveys are worth it in several scenarios including selling your home, building an addition, constructing a fence, or making major changes to your landscape. A professional land survey can help you avoid legal issues with your neighbors and confirm the value of your property. In many cases, you may be required to order a land survey to receive a construction permit or mortgage loan.

Professionals prevent misalignment, ensure sturdy construction, and save time by handling complex instructions.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.
