55 Didn't heed my advice to drill a pilot hole from the tub side and instead tried to measure from the backside and made an access hole that was a half a foot on the wrong side a wall stud. This made it more difficult to perform the work and it made it harder to repair the hole.
Sent an email late night. Had a call promptly first thing the next morning. They were out to do a roof inspection by mid morning. Received a prompt quote with a clear explanation of everything that needed done, and they had a repair guy out by late afternoon who quickly got the job done....
Fabulous. The holes in facia left from dish removal gone for good. Gaps and trimwork repaired at daughters home, too. She is thrilled. Great to have these jobs done before cold weather. Thank you! Would not hesitate for future work...
