"Everything was going fine until they started installing the wall insulation. They were attaching raggedly cut, irregularly shaped pieces of foam insulation to the walls, with large gaps between them. I complained to the sales office and they sent out the field supervisor. They ended up tearing out the insulation they had already installed and put up new, cleanly cut foam in a much more precise and careful manner. A half day project turned into most of the day because they had to get additional supplies and redo part of the job. They are capable of doing good work but unfortunately, I had to fight with them in order to get their A game. When they cleaned up, I discovered damage to my walls and to my floor, so I refused to pay the original amount. Joey then called me back and we eventually settled for a small monetary adjustment. He was insisting that I should be happy after they came out to make things right and that I shouldn't give a negative review. I insisted that I would give an honest review, and that I wasn't going to let them buy a good review from me. I was reasonably pleased with the results until this last issue. I believe this service was overpriced: $1000-ish worth of materials plus a half day of labor for 3 people for just under $6000 + damage to my floor and walls. Two of the 3 people on the crew were very courteous, but they just weren't very detail-oriented. I would like to believe my salesperson's assurance that this is an isolated incident and that they will be working to address the issues I have raised. For the sake of future customers, I hope this is true.

"Rate was excellent. Work was good; very responsive to my questions; had to return to do some more work on the shed door when I couldn't get it open but came out without complaint and in a very timely fashion. Floor in kitchen had several very tough acid stains which he removed. The floor looks great but I have noticed some brush marks/strokes along the baseboards and under the counters. Also noted a few surface scratches on kitchen cabinets from his machine. As my kitchen is older and cabinets are originals, the scratches weren't a huge issue and came out with a little light buffing and oil on my part.
