"Incompetent technician. I'm a pretty handy homeowner. I reached my skill limit so I called stramowki. The technician told me I had installed wrong parts. He then quoted me $2400 for a fix he could not assure me would work. I told him not to proceed. He then charged me $99 for "repair" work above the diagnostic fee. I paid him and told him to leave. I then called another HVAC company. The technician found the real problem and assured me I had installed all the right parts but I had a bad 24v transformer. He charge me $245 in total....$18 LESS than stramowki did for doing literally nothing."
