I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Goettl & Verbracken did a very competent job for us under difficult conditions in an older home. Working side by side was helpful for both parties, as questions always come up. Location of installed flex gas line (next to and in the same opening as the metal dryer vent) was not anticipated. I drilled a new hold with spade bit and extension and rerouted the gas line. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done and would hire again!"

The basement wall I was worried about was anchored and the drain tile and sump pump system were installed with radon mitigation and done in less than 2 days! "The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
