"This company is shady and completely unresponsive. Signed a contract to have my work done Nov of 2021. Said it would be 6 weeks. I contacted the company after waiting 4 months to have my work done, I wanted to cancel the contract and have them reimburse me. I called multiple times with no response. I finally sent a later after 5 months informing them again, I do not want to do business with them. I finally received AN EMAIL response that they wouldn't cancel. Customer service is terrible and at this point, I am still waiting to be reimbursed from them. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere."

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes. Sewer cameras are invaluable tools that can help pros safely diagnose problems with your septic system. Without a camera to look into your system, septic issue diagnoses would be a combination of guessing and past experience. However, a camera can help confirm ideas that your pro may already have about what’s wrong.

Yes, the toilet and sink can share the same vent, as can the shower. It’s common to have one main vent pipe for multiple fixtures, although you might need a larger pipe. You should check with local building and plumbing codes to confirm you’ll have adequate piping for your home.

Plumbing installation in a remodel involves planning the system layout, obtaining permits, running supply and drain lines, installing fixtures, and testing for leaks.

Yes, ammonia does damage pipes if used or disposed of improperly. Although ammonia-based cleaners are commonly used to unclog drain pipes, they either come already diluted or instruct the user to dilute them before use. Otherwise, undiluted ammonia is too caustic and could corrode certain plumbing types, such as PVC.

A liquid drain cleaner can sometimes make a clog worse over time if you use it improperly or too much. The chemicals in drain cleaners can corrode and damage pipes, causing cracks and leaks that may cause further blockages. If the clog is more than the liquid drain cleaner can handle, the cleaner will simply add chemicals to a bigger overall problem.
