"We needed several large pieces of furniture and other items hauled away on short notice, we called Elite Item Removal Service and spoke with the owner, Brandon. Brandon came out the next morning for us. He had everything loaded up and ready to go quickly. (2 couches, mattress, chair, several full large black bags, and misc smaller items). He is friendly and professional, and he made it clear not to hesitate to call him if we need anything else. You also cannot beat his prices. "We originally scheduled a moving service with Wee-Haul on Sat, but they did not show up and we couldn't reach them through phone calls. So we called around and Al's Moving service was the only one able to move us that weekend. Al, the owner, was very professional but the 2 crews he brought over with seem to have little to no experience with moving as they need constant instructions from Al or else they didn't know what to do. They used tons of furniture pads (a total of 8-10) and the wrapping can be done better. Al himself worked very hard and was very professional in terms of attitude and directions to the other 2 crews. One of the crew member had a hang over, and the other one worked extremely slowly. Despite all these shortcomings, they were very careful with the furniture though (the MOST IMPORTANT part!). The moving took 5 hours, which seemed quite slow. A typical 2-bd apt moving is about 2-3 hours."
