"I requested an estimate for blowing insulation into my attic. Jim came out once to do an assessment, and offered a reasonable estimate. We scheduled installation. He returned on my request after I removed the existing insulation to reassess the attic. It was determined that there was already insulation blown under the floor, and Jim stated that he would not recommend any further work. Jim did not charge me for the multiple visits for assessments, and was very gracious about the necessity of canceling. I would recommend his services without reservation."

"These guys came out right away, gave me a fair price and did the job great ! The toughest part was removing old insulation, getting it out of my house and cleaning it all up. They did all that and sealed up my basement tight ! Using their foam insulation they filled in all gaps. And they did it in one day ! We now notice our house stays a little warmer and no more mice ! "Audit went great, he showed me where there was problems with my house, said walls were fine, but air sealing was needed in the attic. Was told I would get a report with pictures and quote by no later than end of the week (1-2 days).
Got quote 8 days later, did not include photos as promised, included a quote for items I was told I didn't need, such as the wall insulation, and blown in insulation which is not needed. I requested a more specific quote (just the air sealing we discussed) and the pictures that were promised, 11 days later and still no response.
I don't think I should have to pester and beg to get a proper quote. If they do not want my business, that is fine, I got the information I needed, and find someone else to complete the work.
I was impressed at first with the original home visit, but very disappointed with the follow-up
