"During his free inspection and estimate, Ian took the time to enlighten us about wood foundations and the problems he saw, one of which we'd ovelooked. During the repairs, Shane and Dominick were equally generous with explanations, and ended each day with a summary of work done and plans for the following day. All were very pleasant to deal with, and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Our county inspector, looking at the work on the problem Ian spotted, said it was lucky we caught it when we did, and assured us we were in good hands.
