"This is a truly great company. They provide great customer service and spend time explaining the details and answering questions. "I was more than pleased with the help I received from Mr. Rizio and his son, Mark. I had mistakenly opened an email that was from a hacker and was worried my computer was badly compromised. Mr. Rizio, working remotely with Mark at my computer, checked everything out thoroughly. They spent a great deal of their time helping me understand some "computer stuff" that had been well beyond my grasp. I feel much better about everything - all my questions were answered. These two guys are extremely knowledgeable, very open and communicative. They made what I feared would be a stressful process fun and my computer is running much better and my mind is at ease. I highly recommend this company for these reasons and more and will bring them back in the future as needed."
