"We hired Elite to take care of a yellow jacket nest in our siding. They sprayed and it looked like the problem was solved. Upon returning from vacation a week later, we found a number of dead/almost dead bees in a bedroom. I called that day (Sunday) and Steve replied to me that afternoon. They came out the following day and not only took care of the one nest , but located other ones and took care of them too. They did not charge me. Very happy with their service."

When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

He was very encouraging and informative and helpful because I have never had this problem before. He came back an extra time because of my stress level and reassured me and did some extra checking to assure me things were progressing safely. He was aware of managing the environment to be safe for children, pets and other animals. I'm glad he's going to come back every two months for a very low fee. "Moved into a new house, discovered some evidence of mice. Schopen came to the rescue! Setting an appointment was easy, the tech arrived on time, was friendly. He did a visual inspection inside and outside of the house and patched possible entrances around the foundation. He set traps and bait stations and then came back for a maintenance check. No major evidence of intrusion--the holes they filled outside worked! I am keeping them on for maintenance and adding a spider and bugs b/c they give a single fee for maintenance on both--which is a great deal. They also have an account portal on their website so clients can track spending, notes, and appointments. One national brand came and tried to upsell me--saying that I needed them to install a barrier around my house because of some issue with my siding ($2000!) and the cost of their annual service was double Schopen. I highly recommend skipping the big-name brands and going with this family-owned business."
