From start to finish I was very happy with everything---Got a price from Larry ( I think he's the owner )---price was very good---actually was 1/3 rd less then a big box company.No high pressure at all--I would use again.

They arrived when expected and had the job completed quickly. The gutters look great, installed professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall a great experience and would use them again.

It was a very good deal. It was the first I used them. They were timely. Their product is good. They have a fast working crew. It was done in a matter of few hours and that was hanging an entire set of gutters plus a run off drain. I was really pleased and really surprised that they got that quickly. They didn’t have to change the angle of the gutters. Some of that was a little simpler than if they haven’t done that. Overall they were very professional and they have a better system of gutters on that garage than I had before. I didn’t have any issues at all considering all the rain. Punctuality is excellent. I intend to use them in the future. I got a job coming up. I’ll call them and have them do it.

Quote was done in a timely manner and work was done in less than a day.  Took about 2 weeks from the time I accepted the quote to when they were installed.  Price wasn't the best I got, but because of reviews and the conversations I had with Larry, I decided they were the best option.  So far, so good, gutters have done great in recent storms.

Since my house is 115 years old and a little unique in regards to the roof pitch and location on the lot Larry came out to talk to me about my options.  I was having terrible drainage problems; basement flooding.  He suggested a larger gutter size and an additional downspout which would have to be routed over a fence to the back of my house in order to avoid possible water problems for my neighbors.  The price was very fair and right in line with my other estimates.  They gave me an approximate date of installation.  I told them I would like to be at home when the work was being done.  They gave me an approximate installation date but that came and went and I had to call them, several times, since I was having basement windows installed and did not wants the work crews getting in each others way.  I finally got a call back, still no exact date of service.  Then I came home from work one day and the job was done.  Found nails lying in the driveway (that I drove over on the way in) and the trim on one window was all bent and beat up.  I was a little upset with this so I waited a couple months to write my review to see how the gutters performed.  Well I am happy to say that they have greatly improved my 'water' problems.

I spoke with Larry in the winter time to begin my process of getting quotes and knowledge of the numerous gutter guard systems out there. Within a few days he came to the house to give us a quote and provide brochures on the various systems they install. He was very knowledgeable of the systems and honest about what were their most popular systems. He provided a quote within a few days. I also told him that I wanted them installed as soon as winter was over to miss out on the falling of the whirly birds from the trees that come out in massive amounts at our new home. He was very amenable to meet my request. We signed the proposal to move forward with the installation of the gutter guards. Their pricing was extremely good as I received a couple other quotes for the exact same product and the quote came in double and one was more than double the price they charged. We did not go with them just based on their pricing. I just felt that this was a knowledgable company and they seemed very honest and pleasant to work with compared to some of the others that I recieved quotes from. Larry called and set up an appointment in early spring to do the install. Two very polite clean cut men arrived on time at my home the day of the installation. I was told it would take a good portion of the day to install and to my surprise they were there working continuously for a good 4+ hours without a break to finish. Once they were finished everything was cleaned up. We have now had the gutter guard system for two seasons and have had no problems and they work fabulously. I tell my husband, especially in the fall it was the best money we ever spent and the installers did a great job. We have had absolutely no problems as all with this system and the installation of it. I would recommend this company for this type of work any time and would use them in the future if I ever needed another set of gutter guards or knew of someone who did.

Initially it was good and the contract was reasonable. However later there was a delay and they didn’t call back. I called them a couple of times and scheduled an appointment. They didn’t respond properly. I liked their choice of options and quality.

They were excellent. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to other places. They were actually lower than the other estimates I received. It was a good job. They didn't wreck anything else in the process, which was amazing. It seems like anytime I have a proect done something else gets ruined. I couldn't believe that it was such an easy project. It was the easiest project I have ever done. Everything was wonderful. I wish they did other things.

They showed up for the quote exactly when they said they would. I thought the price was reasonable at the time. They showed up to do the job on the day they were supposed to, they weren't here long, and they did everything they were supposed to do. I was happy until this winter when the end cap started leaking.

Came out quickly to do an estimate. Dropped off material for me to prepaint prior to a business trip I was taking. The Gutter Company didn't show to do the work while I was gone, as agreed. Larry said that "he had to be there to direct the work so that his team did the job properly", but was on vacation. It took 3 follow up calls to get them to show up. When they did, no Larry. The two guys who did show up were polite, professional, and hard working, but had no idea what they were supposed to do on the job. I had to supervise their work.

I received a quick response to my call for an estimate. The estimator could tell at a glance that the gutters in the front of the house were level and that there were no hangers holding them up. His estimate was about half the cost of a prior estimate. He was surprised when we mentioned the amount and wondered if they were going to replace all the gutters. The estimator was knowledgeable and friendly and told us he would send us a written estimate in a few days. About ten days after sending back the proposal, I called to inquire when the work would be done. I was concerned about getting it done before the September rains arrived. The person who answered the phone was not able to give me that information but said he would pass on my concerns. Two days later, the company called and made an appointment to come that same day. The two young workers were polite and meticulous about their work. They cleaned up and removed all the old flashing. They observed that the gutters in the back of the house did not need to be re-pitched. I expect that the original estimate will be revised. I have not received the bill yet.

We were very happy with this. Everything seemed to be done well. We didn't even know they were here! We looked at everything they did and it was good. We have already talked to them about coming out in the future.

Came out the same day I called for about an estimate. Started work on schedule and finished in a timely manner. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and disposed of all old gutters. We would definitely use them again.

One person arrived the day before installation was to take place to roll out the length of gutter required for the job. Installation must have gone smoothly (we were not at home when the work was done). Because we didn't have the rain barrels on hand (back-ordered) at the time of gutter installation, temporary downspouts were placed in position rather than guessing at the height of the barrels. A person came out to install the correct length of downspout with a swing-arm diverter, now that the rain barrels have arrived.

Very satisfied with company. Was very honest about the possibility of no being able to stop leaks, but so far very little if any leaking during the last several rains.

Larry came out to do estimate. He had some great suggestions about installing an add on for an optional rain barrel. After he came out I got a typed professional estimate in the mail. It took me 30 days to get it mailed back, and then had to wait about 5 weeks until installation (fall is a busy time for gutters). Anyway, when the work was completed it was not what I expected, so I called Larry. He had someone come out within a week and make the minor adjustments that I wanted. I am very picky and his responsiveness to my issues was wonderful. He came out and made the adjustments fast and professionally.

Larry was called to help us by another contractor. He showed up the same day, pleasant and understanding of our needs. The work was scheduled. The men showed when Larry said, communication of what we intended for our home was verified, also cleaned the mess before they left. All the men were very polite. We had to call back to make some adjustments of the gutters. His men were out the next day we called. I would refer this company to anyone who wanted a quality company to complete work. Thank You.

Larry was a really nice guy to work with. The work he did looks really nice and I don't have a problem with water pouring over the porch anymore. He saw a problem with the gutter in the back and the problem in the front porch.

Fast service, friendly gentleman who was happy to explain exactly how the machine shaped the gutters. Marked all gutters with length. Easy to get additional parts when my husband did not purchase a sufficient quantity.

I PHONED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY KREUGER ROOFING WHO DID MY ROOF A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY SAID THIS WAS THE PLACE THAT SUPPLIED MY NEW GUTTERS AT THE TIME. I CALLED THE GUTTER COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY COOPERATIVE AND SENT SOMEONE OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS. I TOLD THEM THE COLOR OF THE GUTTERS AND HE CAME WITH THE EXTENSIONS AND THEN I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED BETTER PITCH TOO. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND KEPT ASKING ME IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH A PARTICULAR HEIGHT AND LENGTH. WHEN I AGREED, HE STARTED TO MAKE THE CUTS AND ADJUSTMENTS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE WORK THEY DID.

THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS GETTING HIM TO COMMIT ON AN ACTUAL DATE FOR THE JOB. HE LOOKED AT THE HOUSE AND SENT US A PROPOSAL FAIRLY PROMPTLY AFTER JUST UNDER TWO WEEKS. HE CORRECTLY RECOGNIZED THAT A COUPLE OF PIECES OF FASCIA WERE ROTTEN AND SUGGESTED THEIR REPLACEMENT. AT THAT POINT WE WERE PROMISED A DATE SOMETIME THE FOLLOWING MONTH OF OCTOBER. HOWEVER IT TOOK A BIG EFFORT ON OUR PART TO FINALLY GET HIM TO COMMIT TO THE LAST WEEK OF NOVEMBER. WE WERE PROMISED SEVERAL TIMES A RANGE OF DATES TO DO THE WORK, BUT HE NEVER BOTHERED CALLING US TO LET US KNOW HE COULD NOT MAKE IT. WHEN THE WORK WAS FINALLY DONE, IT WAS PERFORMED REASONABLY FAST WITHIN ONE AFTERNOON AND INSTALLED THE NEW GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUT AS PROMISED. HOWEVER THE CONNECTION TO THE RAIN BARREL HAD TO BE RE-DONE AS IN THEIR INITIAL JOB THE SPOUT WAS CONNECTED SUCH THAT THE BARREL COULD NOT BE DISCONNECTED WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL TOOLS.
