I have used Kettle Moraine Pest Control services for years now. They have always done a great job and the few times that I have had bug problems after the treatment, they have come back and re-applied the chemicals where needed.

This summer the service technician left a note about how to clean my very dirty awning. I followed the instructions and the awning looks like new. That is service above and beyond everyone else.

We had a large Box Elder tree taken out the fall of 2011. For the 15 years I've lived in the house, we always had some Box Elder Bugs every season. During the summer of 2012, we had Box Elder Bugs all over the outside of our house, making little Box Elder Bugs on my windows, doors, and siding. The mess was awful and I needed them gone. When I spoke with KMPC on the phone, prior to the service, the gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he would do to address the issue now, and that it should carry over to the next season.
KMPC came out and sprayed everything. It was a little messy on the siding, but was well worth it. Within 24 hours I had dead Box Elder Bugs everywhere. Outside, inside. Yes, it was disgusting, too, but much easier to deal with than the mess of the live bugs. Of course I didn't know how successful the treatment was until this year. I have only seen THREE adult Box Elder Bugs this season. I am thrilled.

Their service is very good and they are very easy to work with.

We left a message for this company and received a callback in less than one hour. The owner of the company was able to perform the requested work later that same day. Before the treatment, we had a fairly large number of millipedes making their way into our home, but the treatment substantially decreased the millipede population.

Very easy to deal with. This is a company that makes the process of pests very simple. They have been great and proffesional on the phone and in person. They have answered questions very willingly.

We spent about $100 for that service. We decided to use them because they were in our area. We would tell other members that they were able to do the job and they got out here quick. We would give them A for everything.

Their services are at a great price. They were very professional and on time. They came within a couple of days. It was just very effortless to deal with them.

Ken was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He was very honest about what treatments we needed to have done and was not willing to do unnecessary treatments that would cost us money. He really took his time, checked around the inside of our house for any signs of carpenter ant damage, and then went around the outside to do the same. He was very courteous and we truly appreciate his professionalism as well as his people skills. We will definitely have Ken take care of any pest problems we have in the future.

He walked around the house and found 3 bees nests that he treated right away. We were very pleased.

Monday morning I checked Angie's List. Kettle Moraine Pest Control was nearby and well rated so I left a message. Nick Chipman returned the call promptly, apologized because they wouldn't be able to get out to it that afternoon (I called them around 1:30 p.m.), and put me on the schedule for Tuesday. The work was done Tuesday morning, it's been two weeks, and I haven't seen a wasp in that area since. Great job, nice people, and prompt, efficient service.

The service was EXCELLENT! Scheduling the appointments was fast and easy. Nick came out both times and was quick, efficient and incredibly courteous. He even removed his hat before he entered my home. That is a type of manners I have not seen for a very long time!

They were very prompt, and completed the job quickly. The wasps did not form nests, and the lady bugs were killed on contact when they swarmed in the fall, and did not get into the house. The wasps made a nest in our chimney in previous years to the point of causing what appeared to be a chimney fire, this pest control kept them away.

They arrived as scheduled and sprayed the entire house, even in areas where the bugs were not a problem. They covered the plants, fully protecting them. The end result was a complete elimination of the Boxelders, which numbered in the thousands, just unbelievable.

THEY HAVE US ON A LIST AND CALL IN EARLY SPRING TO REMIND US TO CALL IF WE WOULD LIKE CONTINUED SERVICE. THE SPRAYING THAT KETTLE MORAINE PEST CONTROL DOES HAS ELIMINATED OUR BEE/WASP PROBLEM. THEY ALSO GUARANTEE THEIR WORK AND WILL COME BACK AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE SHOULD THE PROBLEM REOCCUR. WE HAD A MINOR REOCCUR ONLY ONCE AND THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON THEIR GUARANTEE PROMPTLY.
