"Most of the employees were conscientious Work lasted about a week and was the installation of a waterproofing system in my interior basement. The cement over the drain is very uneven with the existing flooring in much of the area. No way could carpet be used after this. Anyone contemplating this same kind of work should specify floor must be level and ask to see actual material covering the walls, not just pictures to avoid surprises. Clearly much of my disappointment would have been avoided if I had been more fastidious in my specifications and investigations."

However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain).
