"My husband and I had water damage in the kitchen primarily under the kitchen sink and after getting the plumbing problem repaired, we hired a 'handyman" that we have worked with in the past. He distrubed the larger problem that existed and only exacerbated the mold problem that existed. This topical repair caused me to have immediate, severe health problems. I called a few "mold people" from the yellow pages and they all told me if i got the plumbing problem repaired the water will dry up and everything will be fine and I will be fine. EverythIng wAs nOt fine after a few days, it had gotten worse. I figured now is the time to get a membership for ANGIES LIST and see what she has to say about this. I looked and reviewed what others had to say about mold remediation and this directed me to www.customcraftenvironmental.com. I called Rich, he was over to my house the next day, he told me I was not crazy and that if I was having health problems the problem was very real, he did not scare me that I had an extreme problem, he educated me as to what the problem was and said his crew could fix it and thus my health concerns would resolve. His crew were at our house for a couple days, Rich was always available anytime I had questions or concerns. He and his crew were very attentive, professional, they are they subject matter experts on mold/water damage repair. I would definately hire Custom Craft Environmental again.
