The work went quickly and seems to be holding up well, as was the case with a previous repair. The owner was honest and thorough in his appraisal and estimate, as always. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and also affordable, which is always a plus.

I don't remember the actual cost of the work. However, I do know Eric
personally and he has always been very personable, helpful, and friendly
both in a personal and professional manner. They worked on our garage
roof with a low angle. We had rolled shingle roofing that was failing.
We just wanted to get by and Eric offered to tar the roof for much less
than the cost of replacement. Unfortunately, this didn't hold up well
and we had no problem with this as it was difficult to predict the
outcome. However, Eric took the blame and was disappointed that he
offered this repair and made up for it in the final cost of the rubber
roof. The installation was quick and not intrusive. All of the workers
were friendly and efficient. I would definitely look to them for
future jobs!

The workers and business owner Eric Jordan showed up on time moved ornaments around my house and put them back, covered up my bushes to protect them and cleaned up their mess.

i called eric to come give an estimate and a few weeks later the job was done. the job was done the way he said it would and for price he quoted me. this company is hassle free! i would go out of my way to recommend them.

He has done several things for us. He is extremely reliable, extremely reasonable and dependable. He is just very, very good. He said he could work if we get a few days where it is above a certain temperature. Then all of a sudden one day we got a bill in the mail, and I said Eric must have been here. It is just seamless; he comes, gives the estimates and the materials get delivered. The work gets done, they clean up and they go. It is just the way service should be. I would say our experience was absolutely excellent. We would use them again in the future.
